Any contract for work is strictly between You (the Client) and the Builder. My Local London Builder is not a party to that contract.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any work performed.
It is your responsibility to vet the Builder, check references, verify insurance, and ensure a proper JCT or similar contract is in place.

2. Commission Disclosure

In the interest of transparency, we wish to inform you that My Local London Builder receives a commission or referral fee from Builders for successful projects introduced through this platform. This arrangement allows us to provide this connection service to you at no upfront cost.
